公安院校作为为基层公安机关培养输送专门人才的摇篮,其培养的人才要符合当前基层公安工作实践的需要,因此,公安院校要改变目前在教学中长期存在的理论与实践相脱节、学员动手操作能力差的问题,要勇于探索,开拓创新,创建我国公安院校实战性教学训练运行机制,为培养高素质的、符合公安工作实践需要的专门人才服务。
As the cradle of training specialized personnel for the delivery of grass-roots public security organs, public security colleges and universities should meet the needs of current public security work at grass-roots level. Therefore, public security colleges and universities should change the present-day theory and practice of teaching out of touch with each other. The problem of poor hands-on ability should be boldly explored, pioneered and innovated, and the actual teaching and training operation mechanism of our country’s public security colleges and universities should be established so as to cultivate specialized talents with high quality and in line with the needs of public security work.
