将硼钢试样分别加热到900、925、950、975和1000℃进行奥氏体化,并在相应温度分别保温10、20、40和60 min,研究奥氏体化温度和保温时间对奥氏体晶粒尺寸的影响规律。利用Gleeble 1500D热模拟试验机将硼钢试样加热到1000℃奥氏体化并分别保温10、20和40 min,然后分别对试样进行变形量为10%、20%和30%的单向拉伸变形,应变速率分别为0.1 s~(-1)和0.5 s~(-1),研究应变量和应变速率对硼钢板的奥氏体晶粒尺寸的影响规律。结果表明:随着加热温度的升高和保温时间的增长,平均晶粒尺寸增大;拉伸变形量越大,平均晶粒尺寸越小;拉伸速率越大,平均晶粒尺寸越小。
