目的:观察国家级名老中医陈慈煦教授所创经验方加味枳术汤对脾气虚证模型大鼠脑组织IL-1和血清D-木糖含量变化的影响。方法:用文献报道的方法造成脾气虚证大鼠动物模型,分别灌服加味枳术汤和生理盐水,并设空白对照组共三组,10天后处死动物。对各组食量变化和血清D-木糖、脑组织IL-1含量进行测定。结果:正常组食量随实验时间持续升高,模型组持续下降,治疗组下降后灌药,食量恢复并超过造模前;模型组血清D-木糖含量下降,治疗组喂药后恢复正常;模型组脑组织IL-1含量升高,治疗组喂药后恢复正常。结论:加味枳术汤可增加“脾气虚证”大鼠摄食量,使其血清D-木糖含量升高至正常,脑组织D-1含量下降至正常。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of modified traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Professor Chen Cirong on the changes of brain IL-1 and serum D-xylose levels in rats with spleen-qi deficiency syndrome. Methods: The animal models of spleen-qi deficiency syndrome were induced by the methods reported in the literature. The modified Zhushu Decoction and physiological saline were administered respectively. There were three groups in the blank control group. The animals were sacrificed after 10 days. Changes in food intake and serum D-xylose and brain tissue IL-1 levels were determined for each group. RESULTS: Food intake in the normal group continued to increase with the duration of the experiment, and the model group continued to decline. After the treatment group dropped, the food intake was restored and exceeded before the model was established. The serum D-xylose content of the model group decreased, and the treatment group returned to normal after feeding. The level of IL-1 in the brain tissue of the model group increased, and the treatment group returned to normal after the drug was given. Conclusion: Modified Zhizhu Decoction can increase the food intake of rats with “deficiency of spleen-qi deficiency syndrome”, increase the serum D-xylose content to normal, and decrease the content of D-1 in brain tissue to normal.
