目的分析多发创伤的临床特点及急救方法。方法总结辽宁省大连市急救中心2003～2005年对多发创伤384例的院前救治。结果本组抢救成功348例,死亡36例,抢救成功率90.6%。结论多发创伤常影响多器官组织,病情急,情况复杂,漏诊率高,诊治难度大,院前救治应权衡高级救治(ALS)和延长院前时间的利弊,提高急救人员专业水平,完善急救体制以提高多发创伤抢救成功率。
Objective To analyze the clinical features and emergency treatment of multiple trauma. Methods Summarize the pre-hospital treatment of 384 cases of multiple traumas in Dalian Emergency Center from 2003 to 2005 in Liaoning province. Results The group of successful rescue 348 cases, 36 patients died, the rescue success rate of 90.6%. Conclusions Multiple trauma often affects multiple organs and tissues. The condition of the disease is acute, the situation is complicated, the rate of misdiagnosis is high, the diagnosis and treatment is difficult. Pre-hospital treatment should weigh the advanced treatment (ALS) and prolong the advantages and disadvantages of pre-hospital time, improve the professional level of emergency workers, To improve the success rate of multiple trauma salvage.
