处理异位血管治疗肾积水后再手术原因分析

我院 1 996年 2月～ 1 999年 1 0月间共收治有症状的肾盂输尿管连接部 (PUJ)梗阻患者 66例 ,其中 9例 PUJ处有异位血管压迫。 2例松解异位血管同时行 Anderso- Hynes(A- H)手术获得成功 ,其余 7例单纯行异位血管松解和离断术 ,结果 6例术后再次梗阻。现对 6例再次梗阻的原因进

A total of 66 patients with symptomatic PUJ obstruction were treated in our hospital from February 1996 to January 1999, of which 9 patients had ectopic vascular compression at PUJ. Two cases of ectopic vessels were released simultaneously with Anderso-Hynes (A-H) operation, and the other seven cases were treated with ectopic angioplasty and disconnection.
