北京市西城区5岁以下儿童生命监测工作的回顾与前瞻

本文报告了北京市西城区1991～1993年5岁以下儿童生命监测的结果.新生儿死亡率为7.7‰,婴儿死亡率为10.24‰,5岁以下儿童死亡率为12.13‰;新生儿死亡占婴儿死亡的75.18％,婴儿死亡占5岁以下儿童死亡的84.43％。5岁以下儿童死亡的主要原因依次为先心、肺炎、出生窒息、颅内出血.本文同时分析了影响降低5岁以下儿童死亡率的主要疾患,提出了降低5岁以下儿童死亡率的相关措施.

This article reports the results of life monitoring of children under 5 in Xicheng District, Beijing from 1991 to 1993. The neonatal mortality rate was 7.7 ‰, the infant mortality rate was 10.24 ‰, and the death rate for children under 5 years old was 12.13 ‰. Neonatal deaths accounted for infants 75.18% of deaths and infant deaths accounted for 84.43% of the deaths of children under 5 years of age. The main causes of death of children under 5 years of age were congenital heart disease, pneumonia, asphyxia of birth and intracranial hemorrhage.This paper also analyzed the main diseases that affect the mortality rate of children under 5 years old and proposed the measures to reduce the mortality rate of children under 5 years old.
