目的:观察医用水刀在3D腹腔镜下肾部分切除术中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2015年4月至12月在我院行3D腹腔镜下水刀肾部分切除术的16例患者的临床资料。结果:16例患者手术均顺利完成,肿瘤均完整切除。手术时间65~140 min(中位时间85 min),估测出血量50~200 ml(中位150 ml)。所有病例均未输血,均未发生严重并发症。术后随访5~12个月,经CT检查均未见肿瘤复发或进展。结论:应用水刀进行3D腹腔镜下肾部分切除术是一种安全、有效、可行的手术方式。
Objective: To observe the effect of medical waterjet in 3D laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. Methods: The clinical data of 16 patients undergoing 3D laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in our hospital from April to December in 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: All the 16 cases were successfully completed and the tumors were completely resected. The operation time ranged from 65 to 140 minutes (median time 85 minutes). The estimated blood loss was 50-200 ml (median 150 ml). No blood transfusion in all cases, no serious complications. All the patients were followed up for 5 to 12 months. No tumor recurrence or progression was found after CT examination. Conclusion: 3D laparoscopic partial nephrectomy with water knife is a safe, effective and feasible surgical method.
