为探讨人工合成冬虫夏草 (Q80 )对环孢素引起的糖尿病小鼠的血糖和胰岛素分泌的影响 ,用12 5I 胰岛素放射免疫法和葡萄糖氧化法 ,检测了口服和腹腔注射Q80小鼠的胰岛素和血糖浓度。发现 :①注射和口服不同剂量的环孢素均可使小鼠血糖浓度升高 ,胰岛素浓度下降 ,且与正常值比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,停药后可恢复正常。②注射或口服环孢素 +Q80后血糖浓度均达到正常 ,而胰岛素浓度均未达正常。③单独使用Q80不能引起血糖浓度的改变 ,口服Q80对胰岛素浓度无影响 ,注射则引起其浓度变化。④单独使用环孢素组与口服环孢素 +Q80组比较 ,后者胰岛素浓度有所提高 ,停药后 2周可恢复正常 ,与注射环孢素 +Q80组比较 ,胰岛素浓度于用药后 2周有所提高 ,停药后反而下降。结果提示 :①注射或口服环孢素均可导致小鼠血糖浓度增高及胰岛素浓度下降。②中药Q80对环孢素引起的血糖升高具有明显的降血糖的作用 ,而单独用药则不影响血糖浓度。③口服和注射Q80对环孢素引起的胰岛素分泌下降有一定的抑制作用 ,但影响不大。④环孢素对血糖的影响是暂时的、可逆的 ,一旦停药 ,血糖即可恢复正常 ,即使加大环孢素的剂量 ,停药后血糖亦可恢复正常。

Compared with the group given cyclosporine+Q80, insulin concentration was after administration. Weeks increased, but dropped after withdrawal. The results suggest that: 1 injection or oral cyclosporine can cause increased blood glucose and insulin concentration in mice. 2 Traditional Chinese medicine Q80 has obvious hypoglycemic effect on cyclosporine-induced hyperglycemia, while the use of medicine alone does not affect blood glucose concentration. 3 Oral and injection Q80 had a certain inhibitory effect on cyclosporine-induced insulin secretion, but the effect was not significant. 4 Cyclosporine has a temporary and reversible effect on blood glucose. Once it is stopped, blood glucose can return to normal. Even if the dose of cyclosporine is increased, blood glucose can return to normal after drug withdrawal.
