The authors report for the first time the clinical outcome of Dimélys IUD. This new IUD is a lily flower-shaped copper-containing IUD developed by France. With the addition of barium sulfate-free poly-L as a skeleton, there are two parts of the anchor: two lateral arms and two small sagittal rods. Skeleton wrapped around two copper wire, the tail end of the two single nylon filament plug. The total surface area of fine copper wire is about 208mm ~ 2, the effective area is about 104mm ~ 2.
