脂蛋白(a)[Lipoprotein (a)]和低密度脂蛋白(Low Density Lipoprotein,LDL)结构相似,都有相同的载脂蛋白B100和类似的脂质成分。但二者存在2个区别:(1)脂蛋白(a)中糖类含量比LDL高数倍;(2)脂蛋白(a)除含有70%的载脂蛋白B外,还含有其他脂蛋白不含有的载脂蛋白(a)。由于载脂蛋白(a)与凝血酶原高度同源,因此可能参与凝血过程。近年的研究发现,动脉粥样硬化血管壁沉积的脂质有氧化型LDL(OxLDL)、去唾液酸LDL(ds-LDL)等,ds-LDL易引起细胞内胆固醇聚集。我们的前期实验证明,LDL和脂蛋白(a)去唾液酸后,在组织中的清除明显加快,特别是脂蛋白(a)更为明显。大量研究表明,脂可平(其主要成分为姜黄素,含量在70%以上)具有明显的降血脂和抗动脉粥样硬化作用。本研究用~(125)I-标记LDL、脂蛋白(a)、ds-LDL和去唾液酸脂蛋白(a)[ds-脂蛋白(a)],进一步观察姜黄素对脂蛋白代谢的影响。
Lipoprotein (a) and Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) are structurally similar and share the same apolipoprotein B100 and similar lipid components. However, there are two differences between the two: (1) the content of carbohydrates in lipoprotein (a) is several times higher than that of LDL; (2) lipoprotein (a) contains 70% of apolipoprotein B, but also contains other lipoproteins. Does not contain apolipoprotein (a). Since apolipoprotein (a) is highly homologous to prothrombin, it may be involved in the clotting process. Recent studies have found that lipids deposited on atherosclerotic vascular walls include oxidized LDL (OxLDL) and asialo LDL (ds-LDL), and ds-LDL easily induces intracellular cholesterol accumulation. Our previous experiments demonstrated that the clearance of LDL and lipoprotein (a) asialo- lyase was significantly accelerated in tissues, especially lipoprotein (a). A large number of studies have shown that fat-flat (the main component is curcumin, content of more than 70%) has obvious hypolipidemic and anti-atherosclerotic effects. In this study, LDL, lipoprotein (a), ds-LDL, and asialo lipoprotein (a) (ds-lipoprotein (a)) were labeled with ~(125)I- and the effects of curcumin on lipoprotein metabolism were further observed. .
