目的:通过对人参出苗期参根和参苗中硝酸还原酶(nitrae reductase,NR),超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dis-mutase,SOD),谷丙转氨酶(glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,GPT),葡萄糖磷酸异构酶(glucose Phosphate Isomerase,GPI),延胡索酸酶(fumarase)5种酶活力的测定,作为对人参长势优劣的评价指标。方法:采用中性缓冲液提取总蛋白,应用分光光度法测定NR、SOD、GPT、GPI、fumarase的活力。结果:在人参出苗期,参根和参苗中的5种酶活力均有不同,并在一定时期出现峰值。结论:NR、SOD、GPT、GPI、fumarase的活力可以作为人参生长过程中长势优劣的评价指标。
Objective: To investigate the effects of nitric oxide reductase (NR), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT), glucose The determination of five enzyme activities of glucose Phosphate Isomerase (GPI) and fumarase was taken as the evaluation index of the ginseng growth. Methods: Total protein was extracted with neutral buffer, and the activity of NR, SOD, GPT, GPI and fumarase was determined by spectrophotometry. Results: At the seedling stage of ginseng, the activities of five kinds of enzymes in ginseng root and ginseng seedlings were different, and they peaked at a certain period. CONCLUSION: The vitality of NR, SOD, GPT, GPI and fumarase can be used as evaluation indicators for the growth of ginseng during growth.
