采用单向和双向十字温拉伸实验,研究B240/390DP冷轧钢板温成形后的后继屈服行为,发现Hosford屈服准则能很好的描述其后继屈服行为。基于Hosford屈服准则,研究了成形温度、应变速率、冷却速率和预应变等工艺参数对材料后继屈服行为的影响。结果表明,从温成形后制件的安全性角度考虑,应变速率和冷却速率需在一个合理的范围;相对于应变速率和冷却速率而言,成形温度和预应变对材料温拉伸后继屈服行为影响更加显著,提高成形温度、增加温成形阶段的变形量,有助于提高温成形制件的安全性,但当预应变超过1.2%后,采用Hosford屈服准则预测材料温拉伸后继屈服行为会产生较大的误差。该文研究结果对优化温成形工艺方案、确保温成形制件的安全性具有重要的意义。
The one-way and two-way cross-tension tests were used to study the post-yielding behavior of B240 / 390DP cold-formed steel after warm forming. It was found that the Hosford yield criterion can well describe its subsequent yield behavior. Based on the Hosford yield criterion, the influence of process parameters such as forming temperature, strain rate, cooling rate and pre-strain on the subsequent yield behavior was investigated. The results show that the strain rate and cooling rate need to be within a reasonable range from the point of view of the safety of the formed parts after warm forming. Compared with the strain rate and cooling rate, The influence is more significant, the forming temperature is increased and the deformation amount during the warm forming stage is increased, which helps to improve the safety of the warm formed parts.
