目的分析我站2009年基本药物使用情况。方法统计药房2009年销售的所有药品数量和金额,按金额计算基本药物占全部药品销售的百分比;按销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)将所有药品排序;每月随机抽取5d处方,统计所抽取处方基本药物的使用次数占总用药次数的百分比。结果我站2009年基本药物销售金额占全部药品销售金额的39.78%;销售金额排在前30位的基本药物11个,非基本药物19个,DDDs排在前30位的基本药物14个,非基本药物16个;共抽查处方1500张,其中基本药物使用次数占总用药次数的66.7%。结论我站基本药物的使用情况与国家基本药物制度的规定还有很大差距,今后要努力推进国家基本药物在我站的全面使用。
Objective To analyze the use of essential medicines in our station in 2009. Conclusion The use of essential medicines in our station still lags behind the stipulations of the national essential medicines system. We will strive to promote the full use of the national essential medicines at our station in the future.
