为扩大渔业健康养殖示范规模,保障养殖水产品质量安全,推进现代渔业建设,9月17日,农业部印发文件决定组织开展农业部渔业健康养殖示范县创建活动。希望通过充分发挥水产健康养殖示范场的辐射带动作用,使健康养殖示范从点上创建向整县创建推进,实现全县范围内的养殖场、合作社全面达到健康养殖要求,形成健康养殖的长效机制;通过健康养殖示范县的辐射带动作用,促进各省及全国整体推进渔业健康养殖,努力率先实现渔业现代化。
