针对我国自主设计制造的800 MN大型模锻压机,简述了其关键参数的测试方案。在调试和试生产期间,针对压机的多种典型工况进行了测试,得到了压机垂直位移、变形、重要零件应力的数值及其与压制力的关系曲线。并在极限压力条件下对压机进行了全面测试,压机实测结果与分析计算值基本相符。并根据测试结果,对压机的关键、不可更换零件进行了寿命估算,估算出了C形板等关键件能够达到的无限寿命的要求。800 MN大型模锻压机的测试分析研究结果为压机正常生产提供了必要的技术支持。
Aimed at our own design and manufacture of 800 MN large forging press, the key parameters of the test program is briefly described. During commissioning and trial production, many typical working conditions of the press were tested, and the vertical displacement and deformation of the press, the stress of the important part and the relationship with the pressing force were obtained. And under the conditions of extreme pressure on the press for a comprehensive test, the press measured results and analysis of the calculated value is basically consistent. According to the test results, the life expectancy of the key and non-replaceable parts of the press was estimated, and the infinite life expectancy of key parts such as C-shaped plates was estimated. The test results of the 800 MN large forging press provide the necessary technical support for the normal production of the press.
