正确解决国内经济生活中的分配不公问题,是新的中央领导集体决心要办的人民群众普遍关心的几件大事之一。纠正分配不公,不仅是个经济问题,而且是个政治问题。这个问题解决得好,有利于充分发挥工人阶级的主力军作用,有利于调动广大知识分子和机关干部的积极性,有利于巩固工农联盟,增强全民族的凝聚力。当前分配不公有这样一些表现:多年积下的平均主义顽疾仍未治愈,在有些领域甚至还有所滋长扩大,如国营企事业单位的奖金分配,不论贡献大小人人有份,工资档次拉开的不大,失去了至少是削弱了应有的激励机制。
