双子宫双宫妊娠甚少见,现将我院所遇双子宫双宫晚期妊娠羊膜腔引产一例报告如下: 廖××,女,38岁,农民。孕7产6,妊娠7个多月要求引产,于1980年7月2日入院。末次月经1979年农历10月13日,近两个月自觉腹部增大明显,感心悸,两下肢水肿逐日加重,经当地卫生院和本院门诊检查,拟诊为双胎晚期妊娠收入院。既往健康,月经一向正常,大产6胎,健在三男,无人工流产刮宫、双胎妊娠分娩史。末次分娩1973年7月。入院检查:发育正常,营养中等,心肺(一)。腹部两侧各见一稍隆起包块,呈凹字形,蛙状腹,
