1病例资料患者,女性,28岁,未婚,因“阵发性胸痛1周”入院。患者1周来反复于活动时出现胸痛不适,持续数分钟,休息能缓解,外院治疗效不佳。既往体健,月经史:16528,末次月经时间为2015年1月20日。无高血压、糖尿病、冠心病病史及家族史。入院查体:体温、心率、呼吸、血压、体质量指数均正常,双肺呼吸音清,未及干、湿性啰音,心浊音界不大,二尖瓣区可及3/6级
