在全国众多的各类医院当中,江苏省国营琼港农场职工医院是名不见经传的。然而,这所职工医院通过狠抓医疗质量,取得了良好的社会效益和明显的经济效益。他们抓质量的主要做法是:一、建立健全监督约束机制。医院除对医务人员的医德医风和技术业务进行正常的内部定期考核、监督外,还制定了外部监督约束机制,具体做法是:(1)开展举报、提意见和建议制度,在门诊部设了一个评议箱,让就诊者对医院医职人员的服务态度、医德、医风评议监督。(2)定期召开病员及陪护者座谈会。征求他们对医院、医生、护士及其他工作人员的意见和评议,以促进医务人员改进服务态度,提高医疗质量。
Among the various types of hospitals across the country, Jiangsu State-owned Qionggang Farm Workers’ Hospital is not known. However, this staff hospital has achieved good social benefits and obvious economic benefits by paying close attention to medical quality. The main methods for them to grasp quality are: First, establish a sound supervision and restraint mechanism. In addition to the normal internal regular assessment and supervision of the medical ethics and technical services of medical personnel, the hospital also established an external supervision and restraint mechanism. The specific methods are: (1) to carry out reports, comments and suggestions, and to set up an outpatient department.
