运动单位电位的中间时限、电压以及波形的改变可作为区别肌病和神经病的肌电图标准。不同肌肉的正常数据以往多获自成年人,仅少数来自儿童。本文报导对不同年龄人的小指展肌以及肱二头肌的运动单位电位参数的改变进行系统研究的结果。测定对象:38名无神经肌肉病变症征者。年龄:1/4岁4人,16-23岁13人,26-40岁5人,47-52岁6人,61-80岁10人。以上均各检查小指展肌及肱二头肌,婴儿则加测胫骨前肌。检查采用同心针电极,记录肌电图机为三波道(3-channel)。从每一肌肉的远、近端及中部各插入3个电极,在轻随意收缩时,自20-30个不同点录取其动作电位。为获得不同
