挤压工艺是一种少无切削工艺,它是节约原材料,减少加工工时,改善零件性能,提高经济效益的有效途径,近年来获得较快的发展。我厂生产的103/104阀产品中,有很大一部分零件是用有色金属棒料切削加工而成的,既费工又费料。从1979年开始,对锌黄铜HPb59—1制零件进行了温热挤压试验。试制的零件为放风阀导向杆(图1)和均衡鞲鞴杆(图2)。 1982年压制的零件经近半年时间的运用
Extrusion process is a less non-cutting process, it is saving raw materials, reducing processing time, improve parts performance, improve economic efficiency, an effective way to obtain faster development in recent years. I produced 103/104 valve products, a large part of the parts are made of non-ferrous metal bar machining, both the work and expense materials. Since 1979, a hot extrusion test has been carried out on parts made of zinc brass HPb59-1. The prototype parts for the release valve guide rod (Figure 1) and balance 鞲 鞴 rod (Figure 2). 1982 parts pressed nearly half a year of use
