人格是一个人的行为风格、思维方式、精神面貌以及意志观念的综合体现,学生只有拥有健全的人格,才能享受学习和生活,进而促进个人的全面发展。高中生正处于身体和心理发育的关键时期,在高中语文教学中有意识地融入人格教育,既是素质教育对高中语文教学的基本要求,也是全面贯彻“以学生为中心”教学理念的客观需要。作为高中语文教师,应当积极转变教学观念,主动革新教学模式,促进学生养成健全人格。
Personality is a person’s behavior style, way of thinking, mental outlook and will concept of a comprehensive reflection of the students only with a sound personality, can enjoy learning and life, and thus promote the all-round development of individuals. High school students are in a critical period of physical and mental development. Consciously integrating personality education into Chinese teaching in senior high schools is not only the basic requirement of quality education for high school Chinese teaching, but also an objective requirement of fully implementing the “student-centered” teaching concept . As a high school language teacher, should actively change the teaching concept, take the initiative to innovate teaching mode, promote students to develop sound personality.
