甘薯新品种“西薯209”,系号为74—209,是我院1974年用本院育成优系50—1与徐州栗子香杂交选育而成。叶片绿色、心脏形、顶叶绿色、茎蔓绿色粗壮、分枝较多,蔓长1.0—1.4米,属于短蔓类型。薯形球形至下膨纺锤形,薯块较大,皮色紫红、肉色淡黄、结薯集中,植株生长健旺,生产力较高。春薯切片晒干率一般在35—39%左右(对照胜利百号仅为24—29%)。据1976—79年在我院品比试验,在中上等地力条件下,春薯亩产可达4000斤。由于切干率高,每亩薯干产量较对照品种胜利百号增产13%以上。
Sweet potato new variety “potato 209”, Department number 74-209, is our hospital in 1974 with our hospital bred 50-1 and Xuzhou chestnut hybrid cross breeding. Leaf green, heart-shaped, top green leaves, stem vine green stout, more branches, 1.0-1.4 meters long vine, are short-Man type. Yam-shaped ball to the next spindle spindles, larger potato, skin color purple, flesh yellow, tuber concentration, plant growth and health, high productivity. The dry seasoning rate of sweet potato slices is about 35-39% (compared with 24-29% for Victory 100). According to the test of our hospital from 1976 to 1979, under the medium and upper soil fertility conditions, the yield of spring sweet potato can reach 4000 kg per mu. Due to the high cutting rate, the yield per mu of sweet potato increased by more than 13% over the control variety Victory 100.
