超细晶钢热轧板一度出现表面开裂型缺陷,其宏观特征为夹杂物与表面裂纹交织。利用电子探针微区分析等手段,分析了发生率较高且又难以消除的Fe O夹杂物及其共生裂纹的本质及形成原因。针对此类开裂型缺陷的形态特征,提出了能够对其进行数值化表征的全新方法及其系列特征参数,通过对线性形态系数、缺陷当量及缺陷率等特征参数的定量计算与分析,实现了对开裂型缺陷的自动测量与数值化表征。继而可根据缺陷表征结果,提出相应的有效控制措施。结果表明,采用这些措施改进的生产工艺后,超细晶钢热轧板表面质量合格率高达100%。
Superfine-gauge hot-rolled steel once appeared surface cracking defects, the macro-characteristics of inclusions and surface cracks intertwined. By means of electron probe microanalysis and other means, the nature and causes of FeO inclusions and their intergrowth cracks with high occurrence rate and difficult to be eliminated are analyzed. Aiming at the morphological characteristics of such dehiscence-type defects, a new method of numerical characterization and its series of characteristic parameters are proposed. Through the quantitative calculation and analysis of the characteristic parameters such as linear morphology coefficient, defect equivalence and defect rate, Automatic Measurement and Numerical Characterization of Cracking Defects. Then according to the defect characterization results, put forward the corresponding effective control measures. The results show that the use of these measures to improve the production process, ultrafine-crystal steel hot-rolled plate surface quality pass rate as high as 100%.
