先天性心脏病(以下简称先心病)在小学儿童心脏病中占主要地位。近年来,国内外对先心病的研究从流行病学、临床诊断及治疗方面探讨较多,面有关先心病儿童身体发育方面的报导则很少。本文着重分析先心病儿童身体发育状况、体型特点及其与病型的关系,为制定先心病儿童的卫生管理办法提供科学依据。
Congenital heart disease (hereinafter referred to as CHD) prevails in primary school children with heart disease. In recent years, domestic and foreign research on congenital heart disease from the epidemiology, clinical diagnosis and treatment are more discussed, there are few reports on body development in children with congenital heart disease. This article focuses on analysis of children with congenital heart disease, physical characteristics and their relationship with the type of disease, in order to develop health care measures for children with congenital heart disease provide a scientific basis.
