事业单位是指以为人民服务为宗旨而从事的教育、文化和卫生等机构,事业单位财务管理的任务是通过经费的领拨及合理有效的使用,对单位各项财务活动实施有效管理。近年来,我国事业单位财务管理状况得到了有效改善,但仍然存在着内控制度不健全,缺乏监督机制,资产管理不到位等问题。完善我国事业单位财务管理,首先应建立健全内控体系和监督机制;其次要健全资产管理体制;还要合理配置财务管理人员,加强财务人员业务素质的培养。
Institutions refer to institutions such as education, culture and health that serve for the purpose of serving the people. The task of the financial management of public institutions is to effectively manage the financial activities of the units through the allocation of funds and the rational and effective use of funds. In recent years, the financial management of our institutions has been effectively improved. However, there are still some problems such as the imperfect internal control system, the lack of supervision mechanism and the inadequate asset management. Improve the financial management of institutions in our country, we should first establish and improve the internal control system and oversight mechanisms; followed by a sound asset management system; but also a reasonable allocation of financial management personnel, and strengthen the quality of financial personnel training.
