目的探讨非小细胞肺癌患者联合应用培美曲塞和顺铂进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取金华市中心医院2013-01-2016-01收治的80例非小细胞肺癌患者,将患者按照随机的原则平均分成观察组和对照组,对照组患者单纯采用培美曲塞进行治疗,而观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加顺铂进行治疗,对比两组治疗的效果。结果观察组患者治疗的有效率和疾病控制率都明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。两组患者在毒副作用发生情况方面相比差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论采用培美曲塞联合顺铂方案对非小细胞肺癌患者进行治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pemetrexed combined with cisplatin in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Eighty patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted from Jinhua Central Hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated with pemetrexed only. Patients in the observation group were treated with cisplatin on the basis of the control group, and the effect of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of treatment and disease control rate in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of side effects between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions Pemetrexed plus cisplatin is effective in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer and is worthy of clinical promotion.
