本文用高频等离子体发射光谱法测定86例糖尿病患者血清锌、铜值,并与50例健康人相比较,结果显示糖尿病患者血清锌值下降,铜值增加,血清铜/锌比值明显增高,经统计学处理均有显著差异(P<0.05)。同时,在糖尿病组选择并发白内障,视网膜病变、末梢神经炎、肾病患者分别与无此类并发症者作血清铜/锌比值比较,经统计学处理均无显著差异(P>0.05)。本文对糖尿病患者血清锌、铜值变化与临床关系作了初步的分析。
In this paper, high-frequency plasma emission spectrometry determination of serum zinc and copper in 86 cases of diabetic patients, and compared with 50 healthy people, the results showed that serum zinc value decreased, copper value increased, the serum copper / zinc ratio increased significantly, After statistical treatment were significantly different (P <0.05). At the same time, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) in the serum copper / zinc ratio in patients with diabetes mellitus who had complicated cataract, retinopathy, peripheral neuropathy and nephropathy when compared with those without such complications. In this paper, diabetic patients with serum zinc and copper values and clinical changes made a preliminary analysis.
