近年来,随着高校的扩招,生源数量增加,大学英语作为基础学科教育如何适应学生个体差异性教学,规避显性教学分层的缺点,在“以人为本”的人本主义教育思想下,本文通过隐性分层,尊重学生情感,通过教学实践从课程分层、任务分层和测评评价分层三个角度贯彻因材施教,挖掘学生学习潜力,逐渐形成英语工具性与人文性的有机结合。
In recent years, with the expansion of college enrollment and the increase of the number of students, college English as a basic discipline how to adapt to individual differences in teaching students to avoid the shortcomings of explicit teaching stratification in the “people-oriented” humanistic education, This paper, through recessive stratification, respects the emotion of students, implements teaching according to aptitude from three perspectives of curriculum stratification, task stratification and evaluation evaluation stratification through teaching practice to tap the potential of students’ learning and gradually form the organic combination of English instrumentalism and humanity.
