我深深体会到,教师的微笑能实现与学生的心灵沟通,更能激起学生的学习热情。比如孟同学是个聪明活泼的孩子,但很顽皮,上课总是做小动作。每当他注意力不集中时,我就悄悄看他一眼,对他微微一笑。他马上就意识到自己错了,也微微一笑,然后坐直身子认真听讲。经过多次这样的微笑,他改掉了做小动作的毛病。后来,他对我说:“老师,是您的微笑点燃了我的自信心。如果我再不认真听讲,就太对不起您了!”因此,教师可以用微笑给班级、校园创造一个轻松愉快的环境,让学生在这样的学习环境中积极主动地学习,让校园处处充满微笑。
