目的探讨硝普钠与硝酸甘油联合参麦注射液治疗顽固性心衰的效果。方法将2009年3月～2011年1月在我科住院的患者分为治疗组和对照组,在综合治疗的基础上对照组给予硝酸普纳治疗,治疗组给予参麦注射液(杭州正大青春宝药业有限公司)与硝普钠和硝酸甘油联合。结果两种药物联用治疗组心功能明显改善。和对照组对比差异有统计学意义。结论硝酸甘油与硝普钠联合参麦注射液治疗顽固性心衰有较好疗效,使用安全。
Objective To investigate the effect of sodium nitroprusside and nitroglycerin combined with Shenmai injection on refractory heart failure. Methods The patients hospitalized in our department from March 2009 to January 2011 were divided into treatment group and control group. On the basis of comprehensive treatment, the control group was treated with Puna nitrate, the treatment group was given Shenmai injection (Hangzhou Chia Tai Youth Po Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and sodium nitroprusside and nitroglycerin joint. Results The two kinds of drugs combined with the treatment group significantly improved cardiac function. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Nitroglycerin and sodium nitroprusside combined with shenmai injection treatment of intractable heart failure have a good effect, safe to use.
