目的:以小儿腹泻的患儿临床护理为例研究分析中医护理理念在儿科临床护理中的应用。方法:现对自2014年3月至2015年3月本院收治的100例小儿腹泻患者作为研究对象,随机分入观察组和对照组,每组50例,在对照组采用常规的护理方式,在观察组加用中医护理理念。以小儿腹泻患者为例分析观察中医护理理念在护理工作中所能产生的实际作用。结果:观察组的家属满意率为97%明显高于对照组的82%,并发症发生率为4%明显小于对照组的16%(X2=8.00),且P<0.05差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论:在运用中医护理理念在儿科临床护理中能很好的帮助患儿加快其生理机能的恢复,从而更好的提高治疗效果,值得进行广泛的临床推广运用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical nursing of infantile diarrhea in pediatric clinical nursing. Methods: 100 cases of pediatric diarrhea admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing method, In the observation group plus traditional Chinese medicine concept. Taking Pediatric Diarrhea as an Example to Analyze and Analyze the Practical Effects of TCM Nursing Concepts in Nursing. Results: The satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (97% vs 82%) and the complication rate was 4% (16%) in the control group (X2 = 8.00) significance. Conclusion: The concept of using traditional Chinese medicine in pediatric clinical nursing can help children to speed up the recovery of their physiological functions, so as to better improve the therapeutic effect and deserve extensive clinical application.
