目的探讨伴外耳道真菌病的慢性肉芽性鼓膜炎的临床诊断及治疗方法。方法对患有伴外耳道真菌病的肉芽性鼓膜炎者41例(43耳)应用耳内镜进行检查,清理外耳道,根据鼓膜不同特征病变采用搔刮、或/和钳取、化学烧灼,同时应用派瑞松外耳道涂布。结果所有患者中肉芽性鼓膜炎治愈41耳(95.3%),反复未愈2耳(2.3%),复发2耳(4.7%);伴发的外耳道真菌病治愈39耳(90.7%),反复未愈4耳(9.3%),复发4耳(9.3%)。其中同时未愈1耳,同时复发2耳。结论应用耳内镜能提高伴外耳道真菌病的慢性肉芽性鼓膜炎的诊断率,耳内镜下保守治疗及结合局部用含糖皮质激素的抗真菌药物治疗此病能取得良好疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic granulomatous tympanitis with external ear fungal diseases. Methods 41 cases (43 ears) of granulomatous eardrum with external ear fungal disease were examined by endoscopy. The external auditory canal was cleared. Conclusion The application of otoscopy can improve the diagnosis rate of chronic granulomatous tympanitis with external ear fungal diseases. The treatment of this disease by conservative treatment with otoscopy and topical glucocorticoid-containing antifungal drugs can achieve good results.
