The health of most countries in the world is poorly organized. There is a huge difference between developed and developing countries. In developing countries, nearly two-thirds of the population does not have any long-term health care. In most countries, as in developing countries and developed countries, the vast majority of resources for health care are concentrated in large cities. What’s more, these resources are used in high-cost, extremely complex technical aspects of serving a small percentage of the population, while neglecting the primary health care that serves the majority of the population. Health workers differ greatly among countries depending on their socio-economic conditions and cultural types.
