鞍钢弓长岭选厂5~8系统阶段磨选流程中的离心机,对细粒级及粗粒连生体的回收能力低,导致选矿回收率低。1989年选用赣州有色冶金研究所发明的φ1000立环脉动高梯度磁选机后,一改前貌,与现场的φ1600×900离心机进行了分流对比试验,在给矿条件基本相同的条件下,立环机比离心机作业分选指标,铁精矿品位提高4.12%,尾矿品位降低10.16%,回收率提高19.65% 1990年4月,鞍钢矿山公司与我所及赣州有色冶金机械厂签订合同,于1991年进行
