通过模拟海水腐蚀试验和表面是否覆盖有腐蚀产物的16Mn钢电极的自腐蚀电位、极化曲线和交流阻抗测量,分析了腐蚀产物对16Mn钢基体海水腐蚀过程的影响。结果表明:表面腐蚀产物将抑制基体腐蚀阳极过程,促进腐蚀阴极过程;决定16Mn钢基体腐蚀过程速度的是腐蚀的阴极过程;表面腐蚀产物的存在最终将不同程度地加速各区16Mn钢基体的腐蚀。
The influence of corrosion products on the seawater corrosion process of 16Mn steel was analyzed by simulating seawater corrosion test and self-corrosion potentials, polarization curves and AC impedance measurements of 16Mn steel electrodes with corrosion products on the surface. The results show that the surface corrosion products will restrain the substrate from corroding the anode process and promote the cathodic process. The corrosion process of the 16Mn steel substrate is determined by the cathodic process. The corrosion products will eventually accelerate the corrosion of the 16Mn steel substrate.
