我国钢渣产生量大,环保要求日益严格,钢渣的资源化利用日益迫切。本文介绍了钢渣辊压破碎余热有压热闷技术的工艺路线和配套专用装备,分析了影响钢渣热闷效果的因素,并通过试验确定了合理的工艺参数。介绍了济源钢厂示范生产线的生产使用情况,对比了生产技术指标的优势。钢渣辊压破碎余热有压热闷技术装备自动化水平高,钢渣处理效果好,更加环保,应大力推广应用,淘汰落后的处理工艺。
China produces a large amount of steel slag, environmental protection requirements are increasingly stringent, steel resource utilization increasingly urgent. This paper introduces the technological process and special equipments of slag rolling and crushing waste heat with pressure and thermal stuffing technology, analyzes the factors which affect the thermal stuffing effect of steel slag, and determines the reasonable process parameters through the experiment. The production and usage of the demonstration production line in Jiyuan Steel Factory are introduced, and the advantages of the production technical indexes are compared. Steel slag crushing residual heat pressure and heat nausea technology and equipment of high level of automation, steel slag treatment effect is good, more environmentally friendly, should be vigorously promote the application, eliminate backward processing technology.
