目的解决TMB法检测余氯时出现的问题。方法调整显色剂的配方及增加有机助溶剂。然后与原法和OT法对含氯水样进行平行测试。结果改进后的方法和OT法没有显著差异,而原法色泽不同,无法与标准系列进行比色。结论改进法的显色剂解决了生活饮用水中余氯用TMB显色无法与标准系列进行比色的问题,而且试剂易溶,易配,不会污染环境。
Objective To solve the problem of residual chlorine detected by TMB method. Method to adjust the color formula and add organic solvents. Then with the original method and OT method of chlorine water samples for parallel testing. Results There was no significant difference between the improved method and the OT method. However, the original method had different color and color, and could not be compared with the standard series. Conclusion The improved method of color reagent to solve the residual chlorine in drinking water TMB color with the standard series can not be colorimetric problem, and the reagent is easy to dissolve, easy to use, will not pollute the environment.
