在相同热处理制度下,检验了ASTM A485标准中A485-1、A485-2钢种和GB/T 18254—2002中GCr15SiMn轴承钢的淬透性,结果表明:A485-1和A485-2的淬透性、GCr15SiMn的淬透性均大于60HRC。通过成分分析可知,A485-2钢中w(C)低于GCr15SiMn中的w(C),A485-1钢中w(Cr)低于GCr15SiMn中的w(Cr),与GCr15SiMn钢相比,碳化物(Cr,Fe)C的析出存在减少的趋势,在一定程度上有利于提高钢的疲劳寿命。从经济及轴承的使用寿命角度考虑,在生产轴承时,按轴承规格选择材料的顺序为:GCr15,A485-1,GCr15SiMn,A485-2,建议我国轴承制造企业将A485-1,A485-2材料应用在轴承制造领域。
Under the same heat treatment system, the hardenability of A485-1 and A485-2 steel in ASTM A485 standard and GCr15SiMn bearing steel in GB / T 18254-2002 were tested. The results showed that the hardenability of A485-1 and A485-2 Sex, GCr15SiMn hardenability are greater than 60HRC. From the economic and bearing life perspective, in the production of bearings, according to the specifications of the bearing material selection order: GCr15, A485-1, GCr15SiMn, A485-2, it is recommended that China’s bearing manufacturers A485-1, A485-2 material Used in the field of bearing manufacturing.
