中国的变化日新月异,令世界瞩目。自改革开放以来,社会经济有了突飞猛进的发展,整个社会步入了全面现代化的建设时期。全面的现代化建设离不开对人才的需求,特别是对高技能人才的需求与日俱增。伴随着这种形势,高职教育的发展速度和规模被提出了更高的要求。同时肩负了历史的重任——为现代化建设培养具有良好职业素质的高技能人才。因此日语教学特别是专业的酒店日语教学被赋予了更高的职责。就酒店日语教学要体现出以职业活动为导向,以口语交际能力水平为本位的职业教学理念。本文就此分析了几点酒店日语教学方法。
The rapid changes in China make the world’s attention. Since the reform and opening up, the social economy has progressed by leaps and bounds and the entire society has entered a period of full modernization. Comprehensive modernization can not be separated from the demand for qualified personnel, especially the demand for highly skilled personnel. Accompanied with this situation, the pace and scale of the development of higher vocational education are put forward higher requirements. At the same time, it shoulders the heavy responsibility of history - cultivating highly skilled personnel with good professional qualifications for the modernization drive. Therefore, Japanese teaching, especially professional hotel Japanese teaching, has been given higher responsibilities. The hotel Japanese teaching should reflect vocational education as a guide to the level of oral communication skills-based vocational teaching philosophy. This article analyzes a few hotel Japanese teaching methods.
