每一棵草都有开花的心。相信每一位刚走上工作岗位的教师都满怀着教育的激情,曾经梦想着在教育事业上能开创一片锦绣。刚毕业的几年,我也怀着这样的梦想。那时候,我还在教小学,我最喜欢的一首诗是高尔基的《云雀之歌》,被诗中云雀飞翔的渴望和激情所深深感染。我常常充满激情地领着学生朗诵:朝霞嫣然一笑,熄灭了空中的星光。夜,暗淡了,战栗了,夜幕渐次消融了,像冰块见到了阳光。我的心,轻松、平静、充满希望。我要飞了,飞向黎明,飞向太阳,迎接自由曙光。刚开始,我努力践行快乐教育:坚持不留作业;领着学生到地里看农民种秋黄瓜、喷农药;星期天带着学生跑到
