用10个紫花苜蓿品种的根水浸提液处理,初步探讨不同品种的紫花苜蓿对萝卜种子发芽和幼苗生长的化感效应及机理。结果表明,三德利、游客、艾丽丝、皇后等对受体幼苗及根生长影响方面均表现出浓度效应,说明化感作用的存在;且在适宜浓度水平下,这四个品种均对萝卜根伸长有明显的促进作用;同一处理浓度下,紫花苜蓿根浸提液对受体萝卜幼根和幼苗的生长及其体内SOD活性和POD活性的影响方面,品种间存在显著的差异。
The allelopathic effects and mechanisms of different varieties of alfalfa on the germination and seedling growth of radish were preliminarily studied by using the root water extract of 10 alfalfa cultivars. The results showed that Sandu, tourists, Alice, Queen and other receptors on the seedling growth and root growth showed a concentration effect, indicating the existence of allelopathy; and at the appropriate concentration levels, these four varieties of radish root Elongation significantly promote the role; the same concentration of alfalfa root extract on the radish radish seedling roots and seedlings growth and its in vivo SOD activity and POD activity, there are significant differences between varieties.
