九月上旬,水电部、林业部、山西省人民政府在太原联合召开了第二次全国沙棘开发利用经验交流会。参加会议的有十四个省、市、自治区,中央有关部委,科研单位、大专院校及新闻单位,共180余人。 全国水土保持工作协调小组和沙棘开发协调小组组长、水利电力部部长钱正英同志作了大会报告。19个省区市和重点县、生产厂、有关科研单位作了大会发言,10位专家教授作了有关沙棘的学术报告,林业部原部长刘琨同志作了大会总结。
In early September, the Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Forestry and Shanxi Provincial People’s Government jointly held the second exchange meeting of seabuckthorn development and utilization in Taiyuan. Fourteen provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, relevant central ministries and commissions, scientific research institutes, tertiary institutions and news agencies attended the conference with a total of 180 people. National Water and Soil Conservation Coordination Group and Seabuckthorn Development Coordination Group, Minister of Water Resources and Power Comrade Qian Zhengying made a report. Nineteen provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, key counties, production plants and relevant scientific research institutes made speeches at the conference. Ten experts and professors made academic reports on seabuckthorn. The former Minister of Forestry, Comrade Liu Kun, made a summary of the conference.
