研究了矿浆 pH、水玻璃和捕收剂KH的用量对梅山铁矿石反浮选磷灰石的影响。最佳条件是 :矿浆 pH8~ 9,水玻璃用量 2 0kg/t ,捕收剂KH用量 1 0 0~ 1 50g/t。实验室浮选试验结果表明 ,含铁 51 95%、含磷 0 478%的给矿 ,经一次粗选和两次精选后 ,可获得含铁 54 86%、含磷 0 1 65%的铁精矿 ,铁的回收率为 97 36%。
The effects of pulp pH, sodium silicate and collector KH on the reverse flotation apatite in Meishan Iron Ore were studied. The optimum conditions are as follows: pulp pH8 ~ 9, water glass 20kg / t, collector KH 100 ~ 150g / t.
