针对潞安集团余吾煤业有限公司+400 m水平轨道大巷在开挖后出现的巷道断面缩小、喷浆层开裂问题,综合采用现场地质调研、数值模拟计算、围岩位移监测的方法,分析研究了深部巷道围岩变形破坏机理以及深部巷道围岩注浆加固技术。注浆加固技术可显著减小围岩塑性区分布,同时减小两帮垂直应力与顶底板水平应力集中程度,改善顶底板围岩的完整性和承载性能。
Aiming at the narrowing of tunnel section and cracking of shotcrete layer after excavation of +400 m horizontal roadway of Lu’an Group Yuwei Coal Industry Co., Ltd., the method of on-site geological survey, numerical simulation and monitoring of surrounding rock displacement is adopted to analyze The deformation and failure mechanism of surrounding rock in deep roadway and the grouting reinforcement technology of surrounding rock in deep roadway are studied. Grouting reinforcement technology can significantly reduce the plastic zone surrounding rock distribution, while reducing the vertical stress of two vertical and horizontal roof and floor stress concentration, improve the roof and floor rock surrounding the integrity and bearing capacity.
