本文介绍了一种用弹簧加载锤将小探针敲入混凝土内,以测定安全脱模强度的新的无损试验方法.容许脱模强度是通过探针贯入混凝土的深度来判断的.人们在试验室对配合比不同,且处于不同龄期的圆柱形及板形混凝土试样进行了初步试验.结果表明,试样的抗压强度与探针的贯入度成反比.
This paper presents a new non-destructive testing method using a spring-loaded hammer to knock a small probe into a concrete to determine the safe demold strength. The allowable demold strength is determined by the depth of penetration of the probe into the concrete. The laboratory conducted preliminary tests on cylindrical and slab concrete specimens with different proportions and at different ages.The results show that the compressive strength of the specimen is inversely proportional to the penetrating degree of the probe.
