牙周病的发病机制主要是牙周结缔组织代谢障碍,结缔组织的主要蛋白质是胶原蛋白。胶原为保障牙周组织的结构和功能起重要作用,胶原溶解破坏是牙周病的早期表现之一。作者研究牙周炎病人混合唾液、龈液和龈组织的胶原溶解活性。病人和方法检查龈炎7例,初期牙周炎11例,中度牙周炎14例,年龄18~50岁。10名健康人做对照组。①早晨空腹不加刺激收集混合唾液,离心20min(5000转/分),取上清液为唾液试样。②用标准滤纸条在龈袋内吸取龈液,把纸条在缓冲液中洗净为龈液试样。③切取龈组织40~60mg 加缓冲液制成匀浆,离心15min(7000转/分),取上清液
The pathogenesis of periodontal disease is mainly the periodontal connective tissue metabolic disorders, the main protein of connective tissue is collagen. Collagen plays an important role in protecting the structure and function of periodontal tissue. Collagen dissolution and destruction are one of the early manifestations of periodontal disease. The authors studied the collagenolytic activity of mixed saliva, gingival and gingival tissues in patients with periodontitis. Seven patients with gingivitis, 11 with initial periodontitis, 14 with moderate periodontitis, aged 18 to 50 years, were examined by patients and methods. 10 healthy people as control group. ① morning fasting without stimulation to collect mixed saliva, centrifuged 20min (5000 r / min), the supernatant was taken as saliva samples. ② with a standard filter paper in the gingival pocket sucking gingival fluid, the note in the buffer washed as a sample of gingival fluid. ③ cut the gingival tissue 40 ~ 60mg plus buffer made of homogenate, centrifugation 15min (7000 rev / min), the supernatant
