AIM: To investigate the possibility of recombinant highdensity lipoprotein (rHDL) being a carrier for delivering antitumoral drug to hepatoma cells.METHODS: Recombinant complex of HDL and aclacinomycin(rHDL-ACM) was prepared by cosonication of apoproteins
