目的探讨乳腺癌浸润、转移过程中CD34表达及微血管密度的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测60例乳腺癌患者癌组织、癌旁2cm乳腺组织及距癌组织5cm以上正常乳腺组织中CD34的表达情况,检测3种组织中CD34标记的微血管密度。结果乳腺癌组织的微血管密度值(54.60±10.54)明显高于癌旁组织(33.05±7.70)和正常乳腺组织(25.40±5.71),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CD34阳性表达与乳腺癌血管生成有一定相关性。
Objective To investigate the significance of CD34 expression and microvessel density in infiltration and metastasis of breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CD34 in 60 cases of breast cancer tissues, 2 cm of breast cancer tissues and 5 cm above normal breast tissues, and the density of CD34 labeled microvessels in 3 tissues was detected. Results The microvessel density (54.60 ± 10.54) in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancer tissues (33.05 ± 7.70) and normal breast tissues (25.40 ± 5.71), both with statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusion The positive expression of CD34 has some correlation with angiogenesis in breast cancer.
