目的：观察活血通脉片（ＨＸＴＭＴ）对实验犬心肌缺血及心肌梗塞的影响．方法：采用心外膜电图标测心肌缺血范围及程度，定量组织学（Ｎ－ＢＴ染色法）测定心肌梗塞范围．结果：实验结果表明，活血通脉片消化道给药具有明显改善犬急性心肌缺血程度（Σ－ＳＴ）（Ｐ＜０．０５～Ｐ＜０．０１）及心肌缺血范围（Ｎ－ＳＴ）（Ｐ＜０．００１），明显减少经Ｎ－ＢＴ染色所显示的心肌梗塞区（Ｐ＜０．０１）．结论：活血通脉片为用于心肌缺血患者的治疗及预防提供了重要依据．
Objective: To observe the effect of Huoxue Tongmai Tablet (HXTMT) on myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction in experimental dogs. Methods: The extent and extent of myocardial ischemia were measured by epicardial electrical images. The extent of myocardial infarction was determined by quantitative histology (N-BT staining). RESULTS: The experimental results showed that the administration of Huoxue Tongmai tablets in the digestive tract significantly improved the degree of acute myocardial ischemia in dogs (Σ-ST) (P<0.05-P<0.01) and myocardial ischemia scope (N-ST ) (P<0.001), significantly reduced the myocardial infarction area shown by N-BT staining (P<0.01). 1. Conclusion: Huoxue Tongmai tablets provide an important basis for the treatment and prevention of myocardial ischemia.
